Pre-Employment Services available
- Experienced Occupational Medical Doctor evaluates history and physical capacity of each job candidate
- Workers’ capabilities are considered in light of the specific demands of the job for which they apply
- A variety of additional testing is available for specific needs
- When necessary, past medical records are reviewed.
Drug and alcohol testing
Many employers require drug testing before starting work. Certified collectors and breath alcohol technicians, Medical Review Officer, and federally certified laboratories provide reliable and prompt test results. Breath alcohol testing by Certified Breath Alcohol Technician (BAT).
Experienced MD and/or Physical Therapy personnel provide a numeric rating of risk, measuring strength, flexibility, body mechanics, and endurance.
Fitness for Duty
Fitness for Duty evaluation is for employees returning to work after an injury or illness. Treating physicians may not appreciate fully the work done by your employee. Workers are often released back to work prematurely.
Another situation when employers may require physician evaluation is in association with reasonable suspicion drug testing.
